"MONDAY'S MOTIVATIONAL MINUTE: "Olympic Inspiration"

Go on, admit it. There's no need trying to fight it. There's an undeniable energy wafting through the air. Stop and you'll feel it; the tiniest vibration is moving, At first it's a little here, a bit there but in no time it's literally moving, bending,  pushing and simply shaking things about everywhere. Thank GOD, He knows we need it. Every couple of years, we need to be shaken awake and aware of our breath, our heart beat and our fleeting years.
This tiny vibration (before it is through) will have shaken us to the core of our being, yet the result will be an inexplicably distinctive, cohesive spirit that's sent to remind us of what we will all too soon choose once again to forget- that we are alive -  that we are here - that we have a soul - that our soul can soar and that we matter!
Of course this powerful force is known as the OLYMPICS and it's most magnificent work is done by simply holding us "hostage at 'GOLD point"!
But the truth is, when the dust settles and the games are over...it won't matter whether we were willing participants, hostile hostages or frenetic fans of these fearlessly fought battles between the "Best of - the Best of the Games", we will all be moved to FEEL. We'll feel Anticipation and Excitement - Courage and Joy  - Raw Emotion and Fear!  WE WILL FEEL. WE Will BE MORE ALIVE....because they showed us how!
We watch and we wonder in silence, "If they can do that...what can I do"?  Don't be afraid to go there my friend.....run to it in fact.
Yes, the Olympic Games are here yet again. But this time why not watch with a teachable spirit and with the attitude to learn from these athletes...these masters of Making "The More Difficult Choice" and living the ever illusive ABUNDANT LIFE!!!
Until next time..consider these thoughts.
I once did and I never looked back. Now forgive me, but I must run off to BOX!

POWER ON, USA...
