FESTIVE FARE FAVORITES - "One More Time...My 20 Calorie Chocolate/Espresso Milkshake"

It's an extremely low calorie, chocolate/espresso milkshake that tastes great.
 Really Candace? YOU BET!

So great in fact, that it’s back BY POPULAR DEMAND- AGAIN ; My 15-30 Calorie Chocolaty, Coffee Milkshake -AS SEEN ON WBAL TV NEWS, HERE AND NOW ON OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL AS WELL!!!
IF this is new to you, so glad you found me. If you saw this in November of last year - Please be patient. Since we posted this on Youtube the requests for me to post the written recipe again have doubled. So here it is, ONE MORE TIME.......

While the weather may be cold yet, that doesn't stop me from drinking these chocolaty, coffee shakes! I mean, do you stop eating Ice Cream in the winter? Ah, never mind, don’t answer that and incriminate yourself.  After this posting, it will always be available for you on our YouTube Channel and in our blog archives as well. On YouTube, I will show you not only how to make the recipe listed below on at home - but- also, how to order it and have it made for you at Starbucks! My favorite hangout is at the WoodHolme Shopping Center in Pikesville. Stop by and order as I suggest on our YouTube Channel, or just try saying, "have you ever made Candace's Milk Shake"? There, the chances are pretty good THEY HAVE!

If not, after watching our video, you'll be prepared to order it yourself. It just requires that you bring your Walden Farms syrup with you. That's a small price to pay for an 'ice - creamy' tasting shake without doing any damage to your daily caloric intake, wouldn't you agree?
To watch the video, just go to http://youtu.be/ISw3iFxm5zk (this is the exact link right to the milkshake video).  In fact, while you’re there, Subscribe to My Channel. It’s all free and no strings attached of course. There you will find videos of kick butt fitness sessions, nutritious LOW- LOW calorie foods being prepared, fashion tips for decorating that ‘HARD BODY OF WORK’ you’ve worked so hard to attain .

Now this may surprise you, but I did some modeling back in my twenties…don’t get excited, not that much. However, it was enough to know my stuff and before my 20 yr. fitness career began I was working as a representative for L'Oreal’s makeup line as well as a hired makeup artist for modeling shoots, weddings etc.
Therefore, will be adding make up tips for ages 35 and over AND to round it all out, we’ll be creating my “Faith Focus” videos series. Because without Faith, the rest is just cake!!! So if you want to see our entire channel so far, including this recipe in the kitchen, then just go to YouTube.com and search Sharkie1225 (my channel name).
My channel and the videos you are looking for will appear. FITNESS, FOOD (nutrition), FASHION AND FAITH are the videos you will find there. In fact, we’re celebrating as YouTube just approached us for ads to be placed on our site due to our quality of content. Set GOALS YA’LL …it works.

So, Yippee to that and Power On,
Candace, Your Health and Fitness Diva!!!!

*your recipe to copy is posted below….
As a Nutrition Specialist, part of my job is to find great ways to make all kinds of healthy, fabulous, low calorie foods and treats for you to enjoy.

This is one of my best inventions yet…….enjoy!!

RECIPE;
TO ORDER IT WHEN OUT -
Go to your local Starbucks and tell them you have a funky new drink for them to make…(they love it).
Order four shots of espresso iced, in a Vente Glass. Tell them to add the number of Splenda you have found you like the best, a splash of skim milk, sugar free vanilla syrup and then ask them to blend it with ice, nice and thick. When they hand it to you, you add your Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup and stir. TADA….your shake is ready.

THE HOME OPTION -
Make four shots of espresso and put in the refrigerator until cold. If you choose this method, you then just pour the cold espresso into a powerful blender . Next, pour in the Torani Sugar Free Vanilla syrup to taste. Next add Splenda packets for desired level of sweetness and approximately ¼ to ½ cup Silk Sugar Free Almond milk. Add crushed ice OR ice cubes til they are just at the top of the mixture in the blender. Blend until desired consistency. Line the sides of a LARGE BEAUTIFUL MILK SHAKE TYPE GLASS with WALDEN FARMS sugar free, low calorie Chocolate Syrup and pour mixture from blender into glass. Stir until the chocolate syrup from the outside of the glass has blended with the rest of the ingredients and then… ADD MORE CHOCOLATE SYRUP IF YOU SO DESIRE! Top It all off with a good two Tablespoons (5 calories) or four Tablespoons (for a total of 10 calories) of Fat Free Redi Whip whip cream and DRINK UP GUILT FREE!

Eat well so that you may always,

POWER ON…….

Until Next Time,

Candace
