THURSDAY'S DISH'IN NUTRITION - "Your Cholesterol IQ. Test Answer Key"

SO, did you take your quiz? I'm still waiting to give away as many Itunes cardio workouts as I can. There are benefits to being a follower of this blog and this is just one of them. SO, I'll give you an extra day. Join the blog, tell me I TOOK THE TEST and let me know your score. I consider Satisfactory to be passing. This is because HDL takes the "bad" cholesterol out of your blood.
