Well, we may not have the genetic make up for that, but we can work to possess the best set of gorgeous glutes that we can muster. THE KEY? Hitting the glutes from the bottom up and from the sides to the center. Do all of these exercises for two to three sets of each and do the entire workout about two times a week and on non consecutive days as well. Remember, it's crucial to watch your DIET so as not to cover up your body of HARD WORK!
